What this website collects, and what it does not
No data is collected by this website
These pages are static files. They do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, they do not set identifiers, and they do not send information anywhere when you browse them.
The enquiry form
The contact form has no server behind it. What you type stays in your browser; pressing the button opens your own email application with the details written into a draft. Nothing is stored on this website and nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that email. Once you send it, the message reaches us as ordinary email and we handle it as business correspondence.
What we do with what you send us
Information you send by email, phone or WhatsApp is used only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. We do not sell it. Where a project requires us to handle data belonging to your business or your customers, the terms of that handling are agreed in writing in the project contract.
Links away from this site
Some links open services we do not control — Google Maps, WhatsApp, our live chat provider, our members portal and our social media profiles. Once you follow one of those links, that provider’s own privacy policy applies.

Purpose of this website
This website describes the products and services of NEXICUS for information purposes. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Product scope, licence editions, prices and delivery terms are confirmed only in a written quotation or agreement issued by us.
Product descriptions and feature tables
Feature availability by edition is published as an indication of scope. Products are developed continuously, so the specification that governs your purchase is the one stated on your quotation.
Intellectual property
The NEXICUS name, logo, product names, page content and design belong to NEXICUS or its licensors. You may read, print and share these pages for your own reference. Reproducing them commercially, or presenting our products as your own, is not permitted without written consent.
Marketing and data tools
Our messaging and data-extraction tools must be used lawfully: in line with the terms of the platforms concerned, with applicable data-protection and unsolicited-communication regulations, and with the consent of the people you contact. Responsibility for lawful use rests with the licence holder.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
