Challenge
Settlement changes every day. Rates move, weights are adjusted at the gate, crates go out and come back, commission is calculated by hand and the ugrahi register is written in ink. At the dairy, FAT and SNF decide the price of every can.
Approach
Our R&D team studied these segments directly — this is where the company’s reputation was made. We modelled the mandi’s own documents and the dairy’s own instruments rather than forcing a general ledger onto them.
Deployed
Fruit & Vegetable Market ERP, Milk Collection, Milk Chilling Plants and Cold Store Management — with rate and weight adjustment, crate and lot tracking, EKO analyser input and automatic commission entry.
Supplier and customer bills settled the same day, farmer bills every ten days without recalculation, stock traceable to lot and rack, and a financial account that already agrees with the counter.

Challenge
GST invoices must be right the first time, stock is counted differently in every trade, and the accountant’s books rarely match what the counter actually sold. Every inventory question turns into an evening of reconciliation.
Approach
One accurate entry at the point of billing, then everything downstream generated from it. We fit the stock model to the trade — size, colour and article for garments; nip, pin and quarter for liquor; batch for FMCG.
Deployed
Mini GST Billing ERP or Accounting & Inventory Management, with barcode POS billing, self-customisable formats, GST returns, ledgers and day book, sale summaries, tag printing and automatic backup.
No evenings spent on inventory or accounting detail. Documents, reports and statements are generated automatically, and up-to-date information at the owner’s fingertips means quicker decisions.

Challenge
Medicine stock carries expiry and breakage that ordinary inventory software ignores. Labs need patient records and test panels selected quickly, and printed to a format the referring doctor will trust.
Approach
Treat the constraint as the design centre: expiry and breakage in pharma, the report layout in the lab, and IPD / OPD flow in the hospital. Then make the software customisable with the customer’s own tests and formulations.
Deployed
Hospital Management with IPD, OPD, billing, medicine and inventory stock and advance payment handling; Pharma Management for retail and wholesale chemists; Clinic Lab Management for path labs.
Stock held accurately with expiry visible before it costs money, patient records maintained easily and effortlessly, and financial accounts that close without a second set of books.
A student’s record is spread across an admission file, a fee register, an attendance book, an exam sheet and a certificate file — and parents want answers on the phone, today.
Approach
One record per student, from the first enquiry to the transfer certificate, with logins for teachers, students and parents added by edition rather than sold as separate systems.

School & College Management with enquiry, admission, fees, library, attendance, timetable, exams, results, certificates, ID cards, notices, SMS and email — or Institute Management for coaching centres.
Fees collected online as well as at the desk, receipts and reports as PDFs, reminder letters and demand registers generated, and one place to answer any parent’s question.
Service businesses run on promises: a table at eight, a suit on Friday, a consignment by Monday. Miss the record and you miss the promise — and staff turnover means the system must be learnable in a day.
Approach
Design for the busiest fifteen minutes of the day, not the demo. Simple screens, tag printing so any item can be traced, and every commitment visible as a date on a dashboard.

Hotel & Restaurant Management with K.O.T., table service, check-in and check-out, booking dashboard, stay view and police station report; Drycleaners, Boutique & Tailor and Courier Agency systems for the rest.
Orders and deliveries tracked to the item, monthly bills accurate to party-wise zone rates, production and stock controlled, and accounts integrated rather than reconstructed.
Rental income depends on counting days and pieces correctly across dozens of sites, and the material that quietly does not come back is pure loss. Finance companies carry the same exposure on hypothecated vehicles.
Approach
Make the rental ledger the centre of the system: every issue and return recorded against a site, every bill computed from that record, and leakage visible as a number rather than a suspicion.
