Services — Software, Web, Mobile, Barcode & Business Automation | NEXICUS
Services

Six practices. One team. Nothing handed off.

From the requirement study to the barcode printer at the counter, from the domain name to the SMS that tells a customer their order is ready — NEXICUS delivers the whole chain rather than one link of it.

Service ecosystem

Select a service to see exactly what it includes.

The six practices are not separate departments quoting each other. They are one team, which is why a customer can add a website to an ERP rollout without a new supplier or a new conversation.

Software development

Custom application development and trade-specific ERP, built the way we build our own products: requirement study first, information architecture second, code third.

Where a business already runs on something older, we migrate the existing data using an established methodology rather than asking staff to re-key years of records.

What this covers

  • Custom business applications
  • Trade-specific ERP
  • Requirement & feasibility study
  • Information architecture
  • Wireframes & prototypes
  • Financial accounting modules
  • Data migration
  • QC & assurance testing
  • Role-based access design
  • Reporting & PDF output
How we deliver

Every engagement runs through the same six phases.

Each phase closes with something the client can read and approve, which is why scope arguments are rare and rollouts land on schedule.

01 Assessment

In-depth business and user requirements analysis, identifying where current practice falls short. Closed with a key findings report.

02 Planning

A strategic plan, mapped models, a new information architecture and detailed wireframes — the visual prototype before build.

03 Technology

We evaluate the technology against the demands the customer actually has, choosing a cost-effective, all-in-one route rather than the fashionable one.

04 Implementation

Build to specification, with rigorous quality control and assurance testing, and a disciplined migration of existing data.

05 Adoption

Training for the administrators and staff who will run it — because software nobody can operate is not a solution.

06 Ongoing support

Maintaining continuing support is part of how we work. Email, call and priority support are set by licence edition.

Support & engagement

Support is set by edition, not by mood.

Every licence carries a defined support channel and a defined standard for backup, security and configuration.

Support, security and configuration standards across the five licence editions.

Edition names above follow the School & College Management licence tiers. Other products use the Basic–Standard–Advance–Premium–Enterprise grouping shown on the Products page.

Tell us what the business does. We will scope the work.

No demo until we understand how you bill, hold stock and keep accounts. That conversation is free and usually short.
