Four layers, and what lives in each.
Select a layer in the diagram to read what it holds. The same four layers appear in every product we ship, which is why a garment showroom and a milk chilling plant can run on one platform.
Delivery layer
Where a person actually touches the system: the billing counter, the touch K.O.T. screen in a kitchen, the website module, the companion mobile app, and the printed document that leaves the shop.
Application layer
The logic of the trade. Billing with a self-customisable format, stock modelled the way the trade counts it, financial accounting integrated rather than bolted on, and the reports that come out of all three.
Integration layer
Where the software stops being an island. Bank integration for reconciliation, laboratory and dairy instruments posting readings directly, barcode hardware, messaging gateways, and online payment collection.
Data layer
One record, protected. Automatic backup, user-defined rights, activity logging and configurable security settings — because the ledger is the asset, and everything above this layer can be rebuilt.
Every system our software already talks to.
These are live integrations in shipping products, not a roadmap.
From a captured reading to a business decision.
Our automation is not abstract. An instrument or a scanner posts a value; the software applies the trade’s own rules to it; the outcome is a priced bill, a commission entry or a report someone acts on. Pick a worked example below to trace it end to end.
Where a NEXICUS deployment actually lives.
Users at the top, the record at the bottom, and everything between it accounted for. We register the domain, provide the hosting, connect the gateways and switch on the backup.
The record is the asset. It is protected accordingly.
Automatic backup runs without being remembered. Access is granted by user-defined rights rather than a shared password. Activity logs record who changed what. And the depth of all three rises with the licence edition.
